'Cause nothing is good until it's nuked.
Do you think you've got the chops to nuke politics? Have you always wanted to write something about the stuff going on in this world, but don't want to bother with running your own blog? Do you have a penchant for political satire? Well, you're in luck!
It's the last minute of the political fourth quarter, fourth and fifteen on our own twenty, we're down by a touchdown and an extra point, and we need someone to come in off of the bench and make a play. It's an election year and Nuking Politics is looking for some guest and co-bloggers to tell it like it is (or like it isn't in an effort to make a point, thereby telling it like it is...or something like that).
If you can write or at least want to try your hand at it, have a good sense of humor, and have a handle on the political silliness going on around us, then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . Write something about a current issue, preferably pertaining to the buffoonery on the left, and email it. It can be long or it can be short, but the key is that it is funny (or at least witty satire). A bonus if you can work in the words "nuclear", "atomic", or "nuke" into it, although that is not required. Also bonus points if you are an official Moon Nuker. If you don't know what that is, then you aren't one.
If I like your email, I'll post it. If yours is one of the best, I'll invite you to join us at Nuking Politics. If it is really good, I will have a bobble-head of your likeness made and put it on my desk. Email as much as you like, there is no deadline. Give it a shot; it's way better than hollering at a TV screen or making comments at other blogs that get lost in the madness that is blog commentary.
Please send your email to email@example.com . Use "Nuking Politics" in the subject line. Include your name or a pseudonym by which you want to be known if we publish your writing.
