Superbowl Commercials are Racist
I'd heard a lot of buzz about some of the Superbowl commercials being heavy on the racism this year, like the Coke ad with the inept camel jockeys. The Arabs couldn't even make it to the finish line ahead of the showgirls. I'm pretty sure Coke isn't Halal anyway. But I was thinking, it's really just business. Obama won with what, about 52% of the popular vote, which means that 48% of the nation is racist. It's about time businesses started pandering to that 48% of the country. Those folks are consumers too. I expect this may be a trend for the future, and a tolerant, healthy one at that.
